there is nothing to do ... as your universe and galaxies line up .... the UV light entering this your earth via the lifting of the veils, i.e. the dissipating ozone layer ... your cells and atoms will begin to dance in excitement .... you need to be just be open and allowing and accepting to change ....

... you vibrate in and out of your reality 24 times per second ... your ego does not remember the moments when you are out (not here) ... but your subconscious records all experiences in the soul and data in the brain .... hence why your motion pictures are set to 24 frames per second in order to allow you the perception of motion without flicker... unbeknown to your ego .... many of your dreams, astral travels and oobe etc ... are actually the I of you experiencing these so called gaps in your ego's perceived reality ...

i.e. you live other lives and realities whilst you are here ..... your scientists can not measure these gaps because their measuring instruments are also vibrating at the same rate is this your reality which your ego's mind is focused within .... deja vu is the experience when your ego is open enough it catches glimpses of these other realities you phase shift in and out of ... usually it catches glimpses of a future or past moment in your linear timing ...

know that your earth grid mirrors your body's meridian points .... hence align your seals and chakras and you align your earth and your universe in harmony ... as above so below .... ALL is MIRROR is RESONANCE .... embrace ALL polarities, allow the waves to flow ... to pulse .... your universe is shifting frequency gears as is your galaxy and solar system .... earth and your solar system happen to be in the mid-point ... the heart .... you are a cell with the earth as your earth is a cell within the universe .... to open seals/chakras you must begin with heart ...

love is acceptance without judgment .... observation without judgment .... this here is a pure reflection of reality but is not reality .... you do not go anywhere ... you do not travel anywhere ...it comes to you .... you simply shift your awareness of consciousness and you shift your reality ... when you understand this you will understand time travel ...
