First, I
was e-mailed something you wrote by someone else. It had to do with the
future, ascension, death, etc. Very good stuff.
A short
response to those people who are now looking for change for themselves and
the planet and humanity:
First of
all none of this has involve money. It does require close attention to one’s
innerself (easily done while washing the dishes or gardening or commuting to
work). It also requires reaching out to others in some manner of community.
Perhaps it starts with practicalities, like food co-ops, but it always needs
to include deliberate attention to the central question and various
corollaries such as what to do add to the Light in the world. It always
requires people to be open to one another and not shut down when they here
someone say something in way that might challenge their own fragile grasp of
higher reality.
To put
this in some perspective, let me say that I am
concerned that there is too little time left
for projects such as GIC, etc. Indeed, if it were fully funded now, this
project would still have time to gain the necessary traction and influence
to succeed – with an emphasis on sparking and sustaining local community
worldwide that could flourish with or without the Internet or projects such
as GIC that are designed around new-paradigm future-present principles and
not on the old ones of the present era.
For those
full of righteous outrage over the current world situation, to act
externally, to demonstrate against this and that, is certainly of some value
and makes others question things as they are. However, this is not what will
add to the growing Light on this planet and that will lead to the
transformation of the planet and the human species.
I
challenge people to consider all actions taken in the name of nations,
races, religions, etc. as deeply as possible. Ultimately, why should
humanity be allowed to go on as it has been? Survival of genes? Not a good
reason. The codes of life can be recreated and reseeded endlessly. To be
good planetary citizens who can turn all Earth and eventually the cosmos
into one vast commercial (hopefully more peaceful) enterprise? I think not.
I would
suggest that every individual needs to consider why they are alive
today and ask their highest selves what the highest possible future
could be to their highest aspirations as essentially spiritual beings – and
what is the highest possible future for this experiment of Creation that is
“thinks” it is self-aware and calls itself “humanity”?
This
central aspirational question needs to permeate our lives daily and be
allowed to inspire and inform our actions. This is perhaps a most
revolutionary question. I am confident that this can help dissolve most of
the ties that
bind so many people to corrupt religions and various religious institutions.
Applied to human social institutions and social order, it certainly will
have a powerful revolutionary effect on people’s actions and energies.
I would
encourage people to welcome communion with their own higher selves and with
the highest levels of God Consciousness.
As they
form cooperatives within and between their geographical communities,
consider these questions as well. Ask to see beyond the illusions. Make this
your prayer/intention to yourself every night before you go to sleep. Ask to
remember the answers as well.
It seems that humanity has some internal need to
continue edging to the brink of no return. Why? I believe
that in the larger plan, this will have the greatest impact on
Consciousness – regardless of whether it is resident in living
bodies or not – will essentially encode at a cosmic cellular level and
upload/broadcast to all Heaven that this (the Dark powers and the conflicts
associated with its rise to power) is never to be allowed to occur again.
The implications of this “exercise” will continue to be deeply processed at
all levels consciousness that permeate the All of Creation. And they already
are.
That said,
people need something of the highest order of consciousness to inspire,
inform, and sustain them through this period we are in now. There really is
no human institution capable of that. While there may be teachers here or
there who may have something of value to offer newcomers, including
community with others, it is best to not cultivate any dependencies on human
teachers, gurus, and their institutions. Take
that spark of Light and share it with others, ask directly to God, to
Heaven, to Prime Creator, to Original Source, etc. and ask directly of your
own highest self to guide and inform you in your lives from now on. Form
your own community. Bake cookies, drink coffee, garden together, teach your
children together. Help one another energetically disengage as much as
possible from the “3-d matrix” that seeks to control you.
Well, this
has gotten me on a writing roll so I’ll elaborate a bit more:
Your
comments are of profound concern, more so these days as there are more
people who are “waking up” – spiritually as well as socially-politically. So
here are some thoughts that I will be incorporating into a new article
series. Twenty or thirty years ago I might have said “learn, decide what
side you are on, organize, and campaign for what is right”. Upon reflection,
it was not enough then, it is certainly not enough now. This hints at a
fundamental weakness of most good-willed campaigns that are anti-war, etc.
What is not answered is “why peace”? Environmental pro-nature activists
need to ask themselves “why?” as well.
Earth has numerous mechanisms for self-renewal and
conscious evolution that have little to do with humanity.
If only humanity were spiritually awake and focused on consciously
evolving into inter-dimensional beings of Light rather than animal forms
focused on survival and commerce. That would be a different story
and Earth would have a worthy partner (I recommend Ken Carey’s book Starseed
Transmissions and his material from 30 years ago for an accurate portrayal
of one avenue for humanity to consciously partner with Earth-matter).

People
have to find what humanity’s fundamental value and place is in the larger
scheme of creation. It is much more than school for higher spiritual
learning and reconciliation of energies. Humanity can be a proto-type
vehicle for the creation of a new form of Creation that is something other
than form/matter based consciousness or formless/spirit based consciousness.
Humanity is a vehicle for the
creation of new and higher form of conscious creation. The more we recognize
this innate and intended potential and focus upon it, then faster and more
profound a global awakening can be.
The
Jesus-movement in the US in the 1960’s was partly sparked from a deep
questioning of everything, including social political radicalism. This was
something akin to a spontaneous spiritual awakening. Some were coopted into
dogmatic and social rigid Christian communities/new churches; others stayed
with the original spark of Light that had inspired them and continued to
find ways to integrate this into their adult lives. Others may have drifted
away from it. Today there is a serious spiritual revival movement that has
at its core a similar genuine spirituality that expresses itself in
Christian and Bible language. Many of those involved in this refer to it as
global awakening. There is also a counterpart in certain Islam circles. And
of course in various new-age circles as well. These people seem not to be
politically active in any significant way and do not seem to have a strong
institutional focus. It seems to be mainly spiritual energy and outreach –
with a new-Christian flavor. I am not advocating these groups for anyone.
Just observing what I see. It is very interesting. As one might say these
days, “hey, whatever it takes…” (to connect to God and Christ
consciousness). Just like in the 1960’s there is also a rise in the interest
of psychedelic substances to facilitate higher consciousness.
In the
early history of the US, there were spiritual communities that located
themselves away from towns so they could practice their own experimentation
with spiritual consciousness. Many had no need for the Bible or other such
texts.
To get
back to your point:
As merely
one item for reference, I have attached an excerpt from our book on the two
segments of the US population that we identified statistically as
“social-inertial ballast” – the outlook and actions of this group has a
profound dampening and polarizing effect on too many people who are just
waking from the “3-d matrix “ that passes for social reality on this planet.
These types of people are everywhere. Each country or society has these
people in a unique ratio to the larger population. For those who are waking
up more from a personal spiritual space, this depressing effect can be more
of a delayed effect – delayed until they try to reach out to others.
So this is
one structural facet to our society, it is as much so as is unemployment.
Vibrationally, it represents a low-end of society as a whole. Reformist
movements that seek incremental change deliberately try to embrace everyone
possible with a low-horizon, low common denominator package. These are often
easily granted by the powers that be and to most people, nothing much has
changed. Sophisticated advertising and agitation/propaganda designed to
limit social perspective find ways to resonate with social-inertial ballast.
A process occurs in which the low vibrational end of society seems to be the
“average” for everyone. As more people accept this, more people drop their
sights to a lower horizon or common denominator. How often have we all heard
well-meaning people argue against a high-perspective, saying “we could never
get everyone to agree”, etc… This is social self-regulation in action that
favors the powers that be.
I believe
that even people who seem very un-awake in every sense still retain a
capacity, however immediately limited, to feel what is right and what is
not. I also believe that they can sense what is aligned with the Light in
contrast with what is not. Now for the Light to present itself as an
alternative! One point here is that because nearly everyone has
this internal sensing for the Light, it is essential to show the highest
common denominator to everyone possible. Like good physical exercise, this
sort of slightly-out-of-reach quality can encourage more people to reach
for it.
There is
much more to all this of course, but I hope I have illustrated the point.

segments of society, you can fill in the gaps more on his ballast factor.)
What this means for new forms of change is that more
than ever, the highest possible common denominator in any given context in
any given moment must be aspired to and identified with.
The
solution to reaching those people who may not be ready to shift is to rely
on those people who are good bridges to the next lower vibrational social
matrix. This is an important point of our analysis of the
Connection-Service-Spirituality model and how it bridges so much of society.
These
bridging people need to be well-anchored and sustained by their community of
the highest common denominator so that they in turn can connect safely and
effectively with those who are in a lower vibrational state. These two
aspects are essential to the success of any new social-economic-political
movement that reaches beyond the stars. (This was to be one of the most
important functions of The Global Interchange and was to be prototyped in
pilot projects around Decade of the Heart.)
A new type
of discernment:
“Discernment with compassion” (a term I think we are first to define) is so
important, especially for those who are moving into higher awareness.
Discernment, especially when spiritually informed, is like a good surgical
-- or window cleaning tool -- it helps with building on, and with letting go
of what does not server higher self and highest conscious evolutionary
impulse. The compassion aspect is important since it allows one to
recognize, much like a good parent, how much the seemingly endless “sins” of
humankind are mostly due it being a young and largely ignorant species that
is not yet ready to be given the “keys to the car”. Then the discernment
aspect can again be applied to help the humankind/individuals to quicken the
maturing process, etc. This is equally useful in looking at oneself. I
used to think that the most practical portal to this would be through
forgiveness and reconciliation - concepts that would be readily accepted and
recognized by most people. In formulating this, we realized that it was a
short-term portal that necessarily had to be deliberately connected to our
higher nature and highest calling as spirit-in-form. (see

Decade of the Heart.
As we
wrote in 1996 in the mission vision statement for Fund For Global Awakening,
- Global awakening is the worldwide experience of
individuals emerging into their higher nature that radiates from the depths
of their souls.
- Awakening requires remembering who and what we are
beyond ordinary considerations of self and experiencing extraordinary
dimensions of being.
- The vastness of this destiny is such that it can
only be known as it creates itself.
To quote
at length from the original FFGA vision statement:
“Global awakening means individuals
becoming aware of and embracing their true nature and destiny as embodied
spiritual Beings. This truth goes beyond the limitations of historical
beliefs concerning self, time, space, and matter. This realization concerns
remembering who and what we are beyond the ordinary considerations of self
as well as activating new dimensions of Being never before realized. The
vastness of this destiny is such that it can only be known as it creates
itself.
We acknowledge the approaching end of
humankind’s felt separation from Spirit and Source. Increasing numbers of
people throughout the world are experiencing higher levels of consciousness
in ways without precedent. This awareness, which goes beyond all the
religions and doctrines of history, is of the universal Divinity within all
and is part of All that is. It is a state of full consciousness.
Earth-based experience has served as
an intense practice of both separation and longing for Oneness. This is
now being resolved and integrated into a new experience of both Unity and
Diversity. Unity refers to Oneness of all of creation, diversity refers to
the uniqueness contributed by each of us. As more people feel their
connection with each other and with all of Creation, we see this awakening
unfold.
Like a seed which has found a
nourishing environment, a new type of human being is emerging, connected by
universal love and spiritual awareness. New potentials are being activated
within humankind. As in the birth of any new species, our very cellular
material is changing to accommodate new energy patterns or inner Light. The
cells of our matter are encoded with unlimited potential.
A marriage between heaven and earth, between spirit and matter, is
giving birth to something new and wonderful. It means new possibilities for
human existence, a new vibration for Earth, and new possibilities for all of
Creation. Creation is re-creating Itself.”
And again
back to your main point:
While
people can and will persist to work together in the face of adversity –
neighbor to neighbor, there has yet to be any sort of large scale network of
people to work together in fostering global awakening and to do so in a
material way. The closest would be those stable (and rare) intentional
communities. Presently there are too many organizationally ego-centric
efforts, very few that are genuine in the service. It is like competing
brands on a market shelf. No one can tell the difference. (and perhaps it
really doesn’t matter now).
When we
launched FFGA and the related work in 1997, we had no idea how clever and
insidious the dark forces were. As the work of global awakening (as
evidenced by all those around the world who were naturally so aligned) began
to gain some traction, the events of Sept 11-2001 caused a huge setback.
This was evident in the naďve and foolish statements made by presumably
intelligent and “awake” individuals – especially those who were thought
leaders. We discovered how non-awake many of these leaders really were.
Compassion tells us that this couldn’t be helped in many ways. Discernment
tells us that it is time to quit playing self-centered “games”.
Around
that time I became more aware of the spiritual-energetic parallels between
our present period and that of the WW-2 era – I am talking about the
struggles between high level forces of Light and Dark and their
representatives in human form. Some of these parallels were made more
apparent to me in reading a remarkable book by Georges Van Vrekhem titled
“Beyond the Human Species”.
Today, my recommendation and guidance to everyone is to focus on what they
can do with one another in close geographical community – spiritually in
terms of focus on personal and small group awakening -- and materially in
terms of bio-dynamic food and material trade. The latter point is important
to be done in as spiritually-conscious way as possible otherwise it will
easily degenerate into commercialism or survivalism, depending on external
circumstances.
Humanity,
and the US especially, has been too married to the miasm of material life
and polarity consciousness. This has infected the thinking and actions
of even those who are more socially and politically and yes, spiritually
conscious.
Due to natural circumstances, most who are spiritually awake have little or
no grounding in the realities of society and its political and economic
dynamics and mechanisms. Hence the apparent naiveté expressed by these
people. Those more aware of these mechanisms have little spiritual grounding
through which to discern rightly and wrongly. The result is what we see
around us, especially in the U.S. Europe has its own issues and is
driven by excessive mentalism rooted in an old paradigm and
with no spiritual vision.
The following was formulated to help guide meetings of people who gather
(naturally as leaders) to make change in the name of the Light.
THREE X THREE
-The heart is humanity's most
universal connection with each other as well as with spirit.
The awakening of our heart to our own
higher consciousness offers access to solutions and opportunities the
everyday self may be unaware of.
The awakened heart-mind is capable of
bridging suffering with awakening.
-What is it that is wanting to be
expressed (that is new and of the highest order of service to humanity's
conscious evolution) ?
How does it want to be expressed ?
How does it want to best be received
and connected with ?
-What is the work's intrinsic value
as actual service ?
How is this a bridge through which
the expression of the new can invite and interface with others (individuals,
organizations, countries, etc. ?
Where is there synergy with other
work (synergy among the parts and synergy with higher consciousness) ?
I suspect
that over the coming weeks, months and probably 2 years, much drama will
unfold. We now seem to be in the start of major earth changes that have been
foreseen by many, years ago, but have not come into material reality until
now. There will be profound climate change - drought-flood; persistent heat
and cold; intense winds; much more volcanism; tidal waves and tsunamis. The
wars that are now unfolding may be short lived, but will have profound
impact: economically altering countries large and small; many high placed
people and institutions will fall in the eyes of the people (esp in the
U.S.) and there will growing social unrest and civil strife exacerbated by
economic stress on large numbers of ordinary people (yes in the US, too). I
see these things unfolding now, this year and continuing.
Simultaneously, there are quiet changes
occurring in the atomic and genetic material of humanity, affecting the
consciousness and cellular dynamics of adults as well children. These
changes I refer to are from the Light. Hence my comments at the opening of
this rather long missive.
It is this Light of a new Creation we are to
welcome in.
