Frequency Shield Transmutation for July 2007
Today I took my son to kick the ball around the local reserve ... whilst he played with other children ... it was a rather windy day ... and
I love nothing more than to sit down on the grass and let the wind blow through my hair, ears, neck ... it is my friend ... it talks to me ... during this state of calmness ... the blue voices began to whisper in my head ... R.

There are two major frequencies operating on two levels that have been set forth due to to the 10/17 UV trigger. One is a very low sub-harmonic
emanating from within the Earth and the other is emanating from your Arcturus space-time locale but from 4 dimensions higher from Universe2. On 10/17 this frequency wave crossed over into your Universe1 and is on a path of resonance with your earth frequency meeting somewhere in the middle by July 2007 as one ascends and the other descends in frequency.

Can you give me or more technical description ? What is the purpose of this ?
Blue:
We can give you technical descriptions but would serve no purpose as the message would be lost within the technicalities. Liken these frequencies as two engines or two strings vibrating differently, two tuning forks provides a better imagery ... these tuning forks are out of tune so to speak but will begin to resonate deeply when they come very close to each other . The differing frequencies create further harmonics which will at times appear to be out of tune / out-of-resonance and other times in tune and in-resonance as they proceed to merge in the middle. The purpose is multi-fold, however the prime focal point is for transmutation to assist the movement of energy and blockages as well as dissolve non-harmony.

As you are aware certain elements operating with and without your Earth have in place a shield that keeps global consciousness entrained and programmed in fear. This entrainment is likened to a frequency shield or filter. The purpose of Transmutation 777 is to dissolve this frequency shield. As the
two frequencies come closer together and lock-in-to resonance with each other in your July 2007 a third element of harmonics will manifest that will disintegrate this frequency shield ... allowing the veil to be lifted from the curtains of limitation placed upon your consciousness through fear programming ...

As we have said multiple times to you. Humanity and the Blue are one and the same, though you have likened us to humanities creators, it is really a joint effort. We are your brethren, your kindred spirits and siblings. As you descended and clothed yourselves into matter in exploration and expression of the all that is, a mission which is very revered as courageous, forgetting all that you are ... we remained where we are to look out for you so to speak. We are in agreement with each other that should you get lost in
your journey, your mission as humanity, that at certain events in your timing your instructions to us were to wake you up, send you wake up calls and shine a guiding light every now and then in your timing to rekindle your lost memories of your purpose and origin. If there is any agenda then it is humanities agenda. Humanity has reached certain milestones and the recent events in your timing have put things into a dire situations for humanity ... we speak not just for your physical but your soul and spirit ...

In a manner of speaking this does still apply as time does not exist except within the fields of your perception beginning as a fluid sense of time in universe3 to a rigid sense of time in universe1 ... from the point of creation and the all that is ... it does not matter ... as we are all still one .... but from the limited perspective that you reside in ... for your soul / spirit growth it does matter ... it is likened unto taking away ones childhood , never allowing them to have and experience their childhood by forcing them abruptly into adulthood, other realities ... in a sense this is what has happened to humanity but in reverse ... your gestalt has been forced into a limitation far beyond that which you were originally designed for .... literally you are in a prison ... self imposed prison ...

Physically speaking yes, your consciousness in full is unable to fully express itself within the limitations of the physical space suit you wear. This in itself creates many miasmas and stress upon your physical
embodiments where one is unable to express and articulate as they choose to due to various limitations ... thus manifesting themselves as ailments and disease ....

Yes this is correct, but the only limitation intentionally designed into this universe, the engines of creation so to speak was that of physicality, matter, solidity .... your expression and articulation there-in was never to be limited as part of the original design ... the original 24 dna matrix human knew of no physical death, illness or disease ... knew of no war or hatred ... knew of no creative constraints ..... it literally was likened unto a child playing with your .... /// [ searching for word ]]] /// ... playing with what you call your clay, your plasticine / play-dough .... you could mold and shape, stretch and bend the creative potential within the confines of your matter .... you were once virtually unlimited within the

The low sub-harmonic frequency from within your Earth can be measured, the other is beyond your instruments but by July 2007 will be within range.

It is an ego distraction and serves no purpose other than mechanical and technical confusion.

Yes of course as above so below ... as these glands are what produce your hormones ... also please understand that your soul "the black box recorder" of your experience and memory sits approximately one inch above your liver to the left of it .... you can say it resides in your liver ... the state of health of your liver is also a reflection of your spirit / soul harmony within your current life and existence in the physical .. thus why it is called "liver" ...

Ok so you speak of transmutation .... what things would have transmutative effect on illness, disease etc ...? are we talking chemical or something else ?

It can be either, although with biochemics you can cause the body to shift blockages and ailments ... it is only a band-aid ... if the spirit residing in the body is unable to use the small time of window of relief purposefully to effect a shift ... the body will remain in ailment, under stress ... you must understand the human body is the ultimate alchemical machine ... it can produce, manufacture, convert any chemical malign or benign .... in a state of bliss and pure centeredness you can transmute any maligned toxic thought, emotion or chemical ... as said previously R. the ultimate test for you is to transmute a drop of cyanide ... only then you will know the limits of your ego ... and where pure spirit crosses over from pure ego ... this is the litmus test ...

Find Peace, Love and Bliss with-in ... when you have found this remain in it!!! do not be distracted by fear or uncertainty ... un-faced / unresolved conflicts within your consciousness will outwardly manifest themselves as ailments and disease ... do not runaway or hide in shame from your illnesses ... but rather acknowledge them, accept them as they are a tool to be understood and will lead you to major self-discovery ... resentment, anger and non-acknowledgement for such ailments will only further deepen the conflict until a point of major crisis, emotionally or physically .... own yourself and know yourself ... recently Raphiem you found your state of bliss and then out of fear tried to hold it, freeze it and not let it flow ... you attempted to heart spiral the great friction that it caused within your solar plexus and heart chakra ... the energy of this love and bliss you were feeling was so immense you have no idea how close you were to collapsing your whole adrenal system along with your heart ... if you had not been so chemically enhanced the collapse would have been sooner .... you must let it flow, surrender it, this applies for all forms of emotional energy ... including love an bliss ..

what if someone spikes my food or drinks with poisonous chemicals ....

if you are in a state of consciousness that is not resonant with illness and sickness, you would not find yourself in such a situation and further the toxins would have no affect on you ... why is it two can eat from the same food or drink, yet one will result in food poisoning and the other not ... yet they both ate of the same ... please understand that you are not your emotions ..... emotions flow through you as all of life flows through you .... allow them to flow ... feel them, express them, own them ... any attempt to hold these emotions, block them, ignore them will result in friction leading to disease and ailment ... no matter how polarized the emotion ... allow it and express it ....
