Accessing Your Macromind & Your Macrocosm Awareness	Adamantine Particles form all Elements of the Universe	The Magnetic Heart ... Do You Know Where Yours Is?
You can readily see where in the world the resistance is strongest. There is a very powerful thought form that has been building over the past fifty or so years. It is a thought form of annihilation, a desire within the minds of many souls to destroy all those who do not conform to certain cultural or religious teachings and rules. It is as if the last vestiges of the third / fourth - dimensional dogmatic views are rising to the service to be transmuted. It is a fight to the death for many and it is based on fear. Fear of not being right. Fear of the unknown. Fear of change and fear of losing control. Unfortunately, those who have these beliefs will draw to them those things they fear most. In the areas of the world where this is taking place it is a microcosmic event. It is as if the areas of conflict are being isolated and cut off from the rest of the world and beyond so that the surrounding countries / territories will not be contaminated. We would have you know that we are using some of the beautiful unconditional Love/Light you, the Light Warriors, have been sending forth, to place protective shields around areas where peace is the predominant thought form, so that the contamination does not spread. As you expand your consciousness and begin to use your Sacred Mind or Macro-Mind, your reality will change very quickly. This is what we have been explaining to you over these past few years as we endeavor to assist you in perfecting the Alpha Mastery techniques. The micro-mind is your Beta consciousness, whereas your Alpha-Master mind is your Macro-Mind consciousness which helps your subconscious mind to become conscious as all the old subjective, negative programming from the past is released and transmuted, and then the conscious mind becomes receptive to the downloading of cosmic information from the higher realms of knowledge. Macro-awareness is experienced through the Sacred Mind and Sacred Heart centers. The three lower chakra energies are filtered through and Over-Lighted by the Sacred Heart as they are gradually unified and work in harmony with the higher chakra system. The Sacred Macro-Mind is a unified combination of the left and right brain hemispheres and has the potential of accessing the higher levels of information stored within the Light Packets of wisdom located at the back of the brain, from the Medulla Oblongata which is where the Ascension Chakra center begins - to the crown. The secret, beloveds, is to stay centered within the Sacred Heart as you expand your consciousness and your radiance grows into greater and greater concentric circles of Light around you, thereby expanding your sphere of influence. Staying centered in the heart is one of the most important rules in the process of reconnecting with your Twin Flame, or accessing the Sacred Love of Unity Consciousness. Learning the Infinity Breath technique is also an integral part of the process. You see, as you practice the breath of Infinity, the Inbreath begins within your Sacred Heart center and it moves up back through the pranic tube (in front of your spinal column), and exits at the Medulla Oblongata at the back of the brain, curving over your head and entering at your Sacred Heart Center once more. Allow this energy to find its own path. Whether it moves in and out at the breastbone, the high heart, or the solar plexus center, makes no difference; wherever it wishes to enter and exit is appropriate for you. Your breath knows the path to take, all you have to do is focus on the exit and entry points as you breathe in and out. After entering the body at the Sacred Heart Center, the Outbreath moves down the pranic tube, again, inside the body, in front of the spinal column, and exits through the Root Chakra, the perineum (the small area between the anus and the sexual organs). The breath continues its path in front of the body and enters once more at your Sacred Heart Center. Many of you have been faithfully practicing this technique for some time now, and are ready for the next step. You see, allowing the breath to exit at the Medulla Oblongata has facilitated the activation of the Ascension Chakra at the base of the skull, thereby initiating the process of opening the higher dimensional levels of the brain, which give access to the higher frequency levels of consciousness. Most of you who are reading these messages are ready for the next step, and many of you have already completed the process of opening the Portal way at the back of the heart. This is the portal that gives you access to the Celestial Cities of Light, and if you have been visiting the City of Light in the higher dimensions in your area, via your Pyramid of Light in the fifth dimension, your Portal way at the back of the heart is already open and functioning. When you first incarnated on planet Earth and gradually assumed a physical vessel, your column of Light was as wide as your crown (the halo over the head symbolizes this Crown of Light that connects with your Higher Self, and all the way back to our Mother/Father God and the Supreme Creator. This vibrant, life-giving energy radiated from the front and the back of your heart chakra out into the world around you. Over time, after sinking into the density of the third/fourth - dimensional environment, and experiencing so much 'heartache,' most of you gradually built an etheric shield of protection over the heart, thereby diminishing the flow of Love/Light to and from you. There was an etheric membrane of Light placed over the back portal of the heart which was to remain intact until humanity was ready to begin the ascent back into the realms of Light. THAT TIME IS NOW. To speed up the process of fully activating and opening this portal, we will now make a small change in the Infinity Breath technique. However, it is important that you practice the first technique, as outlined above, for a time until it is comfortable and familiar to you, and can be done with ease and no conscious effort. When you can do this, you will know that the process is 'Encoded within' and will take place with no conscious effort. At that time, you may begin the second part of this process. There is only one minor, but very important, change: Instead of the Inbreath coming out at the base of the skull, or the Medulla Oblongata, envision it coming out at the back of the Sacred Heart (or the Portal at the back of your inner temple of the heart). The breath will still sweep up and over the head and re-enter the body at the same place in front of the body, and continue down on the Outbreath as it sweeps out through the Root Chakra and makes its entrance in front of the body on the Inbreath. After you perfect this technique, beloveds, make a concerted effort to practice this technique several times a day, even if it is only a half-dozen or so breaths. This will speed up the process and facilitate a greater infusion of Divine Creator Light. We have stated before, and will stress again: Knowledge / wisdom overlaid with love/compassion and focused intent/action creates the power that holds the keys to the universal storehouse of unmanifested potential; potential just waiting for you to mold it and create anything you can envision. Imagine that the Infinity Breath you ingest into your system is filled with trillions of tiny diamond subatomic particles of Love / Light, and the energy activator is LOVE. So the formula is simple: focus your intention on what you wish to create, fill yourself with the Elixir of Life and permeate it with the pure love drawn forth from your Sacred Heart. Beloveds, this is a magical formula that cannot fail. Our Father/Mother God, the Elohim and the archangels have created living pyramids of Light within every level of Creation so that you can access the building blocks of life. These life-giving forms give you access to the frequencies of Light which are necessary components of transformation so that you, as human Beings, can return to an exalted state of consciousness, your Divine state. We have instructed you to go into your Pyramid of Light/Power in the fifth dimension and to clearly state your intentions and specifically outline what it is you desire to create. State that you ask this be aligned with your highest good, and for the greatest good of all. Now, during your waking hours follow the outline above using the Infinity Breath technique as you envision a stream from the Cosmic Stream of Life flowing down through your double-terminated crystal into your Pyramid of Light filling it with Divine Light substance, activating and igniting your vision. As you practice the Infinity Breath technique, you will begin what could be termed "a trickle-down effect" whereby the energy will gradually flow from your pyramid and into your sphere of consciousness, opening the way, inspiring, guiding and directing you as you firmly, with confidence, proceed to create your vision and bring it to fruition. The same applies for the higher frequency energies from the Cities of Light. Once you make the connection, it begins this 'trickle-down process' whereby a constant stream of just the right magnitude and frequency patterns flows into your Pyramid of Light and down your column of Light to you. Envision an Etheric Replica of yourself lying on your crystal table. It will remain there when you are focused on your physical body, and you will merge with it when you visit your Pyramid and lie on the crystal table. Each time you merge with that facet of yourself in the fifth dimension, you will absorb more of the refined frequencies of Light that have been integrated into your Etheric Replica during your absence. You see, beloveds, we are doing everything possible to assist you in this dramatic transformation process, but you must do your share in order for it to succeed. Dearest hearts, great changes are in the wind, and we will give you guidance in many ways in order that you may integrate the advanced wisdom that is so critical for your expansion into a Macro-Mind awareness. It is also an adjective to qualify something as “hard and brilliant as a diamond.” The Adamantine Particles form all Elements of the Universe. They are the smallest, indivisible particles that assemble the atoms of all original substances like oxygen, nitrogen, iron; in other words, “everything that is”, including our bodies. Quantum Mechanics has discovered deeper layers of structure in ordinary matter. Matter is composed, o­n a tiny scale, of particles called atoms. Atoms are in turn made up of a very small nucleus surrounded by a cloud of particles called electrons. The nucleus is made of particles called protons and neutrons, which are themselves made up of even smaller particles called quarks. In the following paragraphs you will find a brief and easy introduction that will assist you understanding this relatively new science. Before we begin, we must realize that no one has ever seen an atom or any subatomic particle, not even using the most powerful electronic microscopes. Quantum physicists have proven most of their theories by observing and studying the behavior of subatomic particles. In fact, Quantum Physics is just a theory. We believe that quantum physicists have already proven the existence of adamantine particles; however, they have given different names to these fundamental particles, some of the names are: electrons, quarks, muons, neutrinos, etc. this happens due to the fact that some of these scientists are based in different countries and are funded by diverse organizations. In order to avoid creating confusion, in the Adamantine System we use the metaphysical name of Adamantine Particles to label all fundamental particles. Scientists of the early 20th century found they could not explain the behavior of atoms using their current knowledge of traditional physics. Therefore, scientists developed a new interpretation of matter and energy to describe atoms. They formulated the Quantum Theory, or quantum mechanics. The quantum theory describes matter as acting both as a particle and as a wave. In the visible objects encountered in everyday life, the wavelike nature of matter is too small to be apparent. Wavelike nature becomes important, however, in microscopic particles such as electrons, which behave like waves. They exist as a fuzzy cloud of negative charge around the nucleus, instead of as a particle located at a specific point. Archangel Michael Infinity Breath Meditation technique 1. First, affirm that you will use this gift for the highest good of all, and that your desire is to be of service and align your will with that of the Creator. Nothing will be asked of you that you cannot accomplish, my dear brave ones, and the rewards of championing the Creator's Cause will be showered down upon you first, and then radiated out to the world. 2. Read these words until you understand the exercise and can visualize the process. Then, close your eyes, as you allow your angelic helpers or Higher Self to assist you, and the energetics of your breath and the frequencies of Light flow smoothly and powerfully through your body. 3. Take a deep breath and center your consciousness in your Solar Power Center, which we will now refer to as your SPC. Envision, however you perceive, your SPC being filled with the Divine Light Particles of Creation. 4. As you breathe deeply, feel the energy begin to build and travel up your back/spinal column. This energy permeates the Medulla Oblongata* where the spinal column and the lowest part of your brain are connected, which contains nerve centers that control breathing and circulation, and which also connects to the Ascension Chakra**. The energy of Light moves through the Ascension Chakra and out the back of your head in an arch about six inches above, as it sweeps down before your face and enters the SPC again. It continues its journey down the back/spinal column and out the root chakra in an arch, and then up the front of your body as it returns once again to the SPC, gaining more energy, Light and power with each breath. 5. Continue the process of deep rhythmical breathing as you visualize this INFINITY SIGN of Light/Power arching further and further above your head and deeper down into the Earth, returning to your SPC with each rhythmic cycle. Continue the process as long as is comfortable, knowing that as you incorporate more of these precious Light Particles, it will magically accelerate the process of cleansing and clearing your physical vessel of any discordant energies and filling the vacancies with Creator Light substance. You will also be accessing more and more of the higher dimensional thought forms of new Creation, anchoring them in your physical reality and deep within the Earth as well. Lesson One: "There was a Rainbow around the throne, in sight like an Emerald."  Revelations We begin a Journey this day, one that you cannot fail to complete. It is a journey into your Heart, and therefore, toward your Home. There is no other place for you to go, for nothing else has ever satisfied you. There is only one goal now, and yet the reward you seek is already yours. We begin with this knowledge, this recognition, for it is by realizing this that you move into it. Even before you read another word, all things are complete within you. Embrace this one thought, and the rest will happen on its own. All things are complete within you now. You would do well to understand with your mind the "Heart" that is our destination and goal. Does it surprise you when I say that you have three hearts, and that each one serves a completely different function? We begin with the first, the heart that rules your physical self. It is the heart of flesh that nurtures the body you have claimed, and for most, this knowledge is enough. Most of you have also realized the second, more subtle energy center, the heart that rules the heart. This is the chakra that links you with your Divine Purpose on earth. And yet, there is still a higher channel you can achieve. The third and final heart, what we are calling the "Sacred Heart," is where we will place our attention now. Your true calling lies here, for the gifts it brings transcend all the rest. It is the "Throne of Power," the gateway to the whole universe. This is how you may understand the nature of your three hearts: The first rules all things physical; the second, or subtle heart, rules all things spiritual; the third, or Sacred heart, simply rules all things. It is the bridge that connects you with all reality. The activation of your Sacred Heart is the final step in realizing your Oneness with all Beings. This is, in fact, its primary function. Once realized, you will know that all thoughts are shared, and you will then joyfully lend your Self to the highest service of Humanity. This cannot be achieved with the lower heart, the subtle or second we have mentioned. It is still linked to the world you created in your imagination, but which has never been real in the Heart and Mind of God. Do you understand the difference? Until now you have chosen to live within this dream, and the function of the lower heart is to lead you away from one world into the next, the world of shadows and mists into pure Light. Once there, the upper, or Sacred Heart, becomes your guide. It will not lead you astray, for once it has opened then you will be free in a way that you cannot imagine now. Once you learn to live within the Sacred Heart we share, then you will realize that you stand beside me, and the world of dreams will be healed. It is a simple path we walk together, for to overcomplicate this will only lead to greater confusion. I begin by acknowledging that our mission is already complete. But now you must learn to share my conviction, and there is a process we must endure together in order to do this, the purpose of which is to link your intention with your awareness. That is what I mean when I say that you are already standing beside me. I perceive you there, but you have yet to perceive yourself. Therefore, the only change that needs to occur is a shift in your perception, or your awareness. Once you are aware that our missions are linked, then it will be complete. Today's goal is to awaken, then initiate your Sacred Heart. Let's begin by identifying its position. You have perhaps seen pictures of the "Sacred Heart of Jesus" showing the physical heart with a Divine Flame above it. The Divine Flame is the actual Sacred Heart, while the lower portion is a symbolic representation of what is normally called the "Heart Chakra." The Sacred Heart is often envisioned as a threefold flame, and each flame is symbolic of the attributes present in a person whose heart has opened fully. The first flame is blue, which is the color of empowerment or courage. The second is yellow, which is the color of wisdom. The third flame is pink, which is the color of unconditional love. When these flames are combined as one they become violet, or the fire of transformation. The former self is gone and you are left with only truth. The Self lives to fulfill its mission in Heaven and on earth. That, quite simply, is why you are here now. Igniting the Flame: We will now initiate your Sacred Heart that it may begin serving its true function. First read this description, then go back and follow them as well as you can. The purpose of this visualization is to harness the energy that is contained within your physical and subtle bodies, then ignite this energy within your upper heart. You may think of it like you would a gas stove. First you turn on the gas, then a simple flame ignites a whole fire. You are filled with energy now, some of which you call good or positive, while other forms are considered bad or negative. There is in reality no such thing as good or bad, positive or negative energy. Your thoughts alone make it appear this way, and it is by releasing these thoughts, or the story behind the thoughts, that you gain the ability to work with all your energy. That will be the purpose of this exercise. Step One: The first part of this exercise will help you realize that when there is no story attached to your energy, that it feels the same. Begin by closing your eyes and relaxing. Remember a time when you experienced great joy, the happiest moment in your life. Remember this in as much detail as you can, and as you do, try to feel the emotions you were feeling then. Imagine that you are reliving the event. See and listen to the people around you. Allow yourself to feel the emotions as powerfully as you can. Now notice where in your body you feel the energy strongest. Perhaps it is in your heart, or in your mid-region. Imagine a ball of light there, and while you continue to hold onto the story that triggered the emotion, place both hands over that spot. Know that the ball of light is attaching itself to your hand, then after a few seconds, if it is not already in your heart, begin moving your hand until the ball of energy is contained within your lower heart. Step Two: Now let the story drop away from your mind completely, and as you do this, see if the energy shifts or changes in any way. Let it rest for a moment in your heart, the ball of light, vibrating strong. Now let one of your hands move upward directly above the other. As you do this, imagine that you are drawing some of the energy to the region where your Sacred Heart rests. Now it is like the burner that releases gas without the flame. Let it fill the region around your upper heart, the intoxicating gas of pure love. It has been the destination of the energy all along, for it will always seek to go where it will serve humanity, just as your greatest joy seeks to express itself in the world. Feel this energy filling your Sacred Heart fully. Step Three: The ignition of the Sacred Heart three-fold flame is as simple as stating your intention. You have been given all power to create and seem to destroy, but yet you must now learn to use it skillfully. As you hold your hand over the upper heart, say these three words, and as you say them breathe deeply knowing that they are igniting your truest light. Your intention is all that is needed now. "It is done!" You have said YES to the Universe, and your heart is now alive. The more you focus on this life in the next three days the more you will feel its effects. It is like a newborn child, needing you to feed and nurture it that it may grow strong and bright. That will be your task until the next lesson. Then we will share more, that you may understand with your mind what is already known in your heart. I rejoice with you. Brother	A great deal of confusion exists regarding the terms Soul and Spirit. For many people they represent the same thing; for other philosophies Soul and Spirit represent very different things. The Magnetic Heart is located in the center of the chest and it is different from the physical heart; it is sacred because it is eternal and dwells in infinity. It is self-aware and is the everlasting source of life, energy, and wisdom. The MH is different from our physical heart and it is not Energy Center 4. The Magnetic Heart is a combination of both Spirit and Soul. The human spirit is a point of infinite potential, and as a point of Infinity, it is our source of unlimited energy, abundance, life and consciousness. The spirit is the Divine Spark, the part of the Creator that resides within the core of one’s Magnetic Heart, MH. The Spirit is our internal “I Am”, our divine identity. The Soul is the individual expression of consciousness to replicate or imitate the Creator’s work; to fulfill this mission the Soul is equipped with formidable intelligence, memory (not genetic intelligence) and self adjustable mechanisms to bring harmony and balance to any situation. The Soul envelops and protects the Spirit. The Soul surrounds and protects the Spirit; it consists of seven concentric spheres of awareness or dimensions of intelligence. Our Soul is the collector of all intense and profound experiences and emotions of all our life times; these strong experiences are imprinted o­n the seven spheres of awareness. Superficial experiences are not registered in the Soul. The seven spheres of awareness or understanding (the Soul) are enclosed o­ne within the other. Each one spins in a different direction, producing a unique color, light, and sound frequency. When the SMH is in absolute harmony, the combination of the seven different colors manifests a clear light, similar to sunlight. This brilliant and translucent radiance is the light of Compassion. This marvelous combination of Spirit (Aspect of God) in the center and Soul (the seven dimensions of consciousness) form the Magnetic Heart, which attracts (magnetizes) to our lives all that we need. Many times the SMH attracts dramas and lessons to our lives which are necessary to restore harmony to one or more dimensions of consciousness. As we begin to walk along our true spiritual path, the dramas cease and our SMH begins to magnetize synchronicities which accelerate our evolution. Dimensions of Awareness of the Magnetic Heart  - Each attribute corresponds to one of the concentric spheres of the artistic representation of the Sacred Magnetic Heart. Zero Point is at the center of the Magnetic Heart. This is the spark of God. It is our point of Infinite potential, stillness, simultaneity and absolute silence. It can be experienced as our sacred place of synchronicity with the Creator’s Will. Unity is a state of consciousness where judgment is eliminated and linear polarities no longer exist. When achieving this awareness, o­ne understands that The All That Is – Is o­ne. Love is the highest power in the Universe and the source of primary magnetism. From this awareness, o­ne can experience Love as the ultimate source of power, which holds All That Is in its place within the Universe. The mind registers Love as the most beautiful feeling. Life is the combination of Unity and Love in perfect harmony, manifesting the Life Force or God’s Will, which permeates throughout creation. Respect is the awareness that honors and directs the Life Force into harmonious and productive purpose. Honesty is the awareness through which o­ne sees o­neself as Love, free from all fear; therefore, as o­ne with the Source of All That Is. Honesty allows o­ne’s heart to activate the innocent perception of reality as a manifestation of the Creator. Justice is an equalizing awareness that allows o­ne to balance what o­ne gives to and receives from the Universe. Kindness is the awareness of the perfect understanding of the true potential of all life. This frequency allows o­ne to overcome the illusion of duality and separateness. Compassion is the consciousness of Mastery. It is the combination of all Sacred Magnetic Heart dimensions of awareness that radiate outward from the concentric circles as high awareness. I cannot tell you enough how appreciative I am that you are here in this space now and are on the planet contributing to this Ascension Cycle and thus the healing of the whole human species (and many other life forms)! If you are reading this message it is not by accident, as it holds a very specific frequency that attracts the energetic resonance of a Starseed or Indigo Soul. You see, it takes one to know one, and we are all waking up en masse on the planet now during this Ascension Cycle. If the last month was a "rough go" for you I want to help you remember just why you are here. May was really a huge wake up call for those in the family of Lightworkers (the Starseeds and Indigos) and these groups are being taken to the next level of their light frequency or "initiation" very quickly. That also means those moving into more stewardship or leadership roles (the Agents of Transformation) were given a lot more information to chew on in order to understand their upcoming role. Many are now receiving a quick induction of the latest energy dynamics, its impact, the agendas and the fact that much more than the human species is involved and interested in our development and Ascension process. The dispelling of our illusions seems to happen now at the speed of light - a mile a minute - it can be at times quite jaw dropping to realize how far we have actually come. The Truth is really stranger than any fiction we have read thus far! I want to support you to recognize your magnificent contribution, give you some insight to where you are at and express my gratitude on behalf of the Guardian Races. Starseeds Starseeds and Indigos have agreed to be the first soul groups to participate directly during this time in the human species evolution as the Heavenly Hosts of Ascension. There are many reasons for this, of which volumes of material have been provided on my website, Planetlightworker and many other Ascension writers now surfacing as an educational resource for you. As you may have guessed, we have had quite a job to do Hosting out the many Guests embodied here on the 3D Planet called Earth. And, well, how can I say this? The goal is that our soul group get at least clear enough of the implants, suppressions, entities and negative programming to bring us to a semi-level state of conscious remembrance as to just why we are here. To get enough of our cellular memory activated to catalyze us to be more interactive with our soul purposes and start collaborating with those serving the Light and Law Of One. These last months have been a huge milestone for our soul group's departure from the 3D reality fields and its negative ego level of human consciousness. For many years we have been undergoing the process of transmutation which entailed that we had to be purified, detoxed and cleansed from every cell, pore and atom of our being. Every memory in our light fibers was cleansed of the residue of living out of harmony with our true nature and soul purposes. This means that we are embodying the new divine human prototype by getting the rewiring upgrades and living the day to day example of our gradual biological transmutation to multidimensionality. Yet, we still drive our cars, go to work and pay our bills! As we are able to more fully embody aspects of our light divinity (i.e. frequency and coding) we steadily purify our physical forms to leave the 3D carbon based biological blueprint. This 3D blueprint is what we agreed to at the point of our incarnation into the 3D realm of consciousness. As we move into embodying in progressively less dense states of form, our blueprints are also changing. As we are moving now to a Silica based biology blueprint it also ends our 3D blueprint agreements. As a result, much of our old identity and the 3D structures based on these old agreements have finally ended in the last months. For many of us it was a total relief! This is just one of the mechanisms by which we dimensionally shift our bodies and our consciousness to move into the higher reality frequency systems. Additionally, from the process of embodying less density, our particles actually change in their rotational spin and axis point. This is so that our new biological functioning allows for our consciousness to actually "tune in" to actually perceive the other reality (multidimensional) systems. These Reality Systems are in fact in the very same "space" that we inhabit, however the beings and life in these other systems are just vibrating at different frequency levels and rates of speed. Next Wave of Ascension Initiates Activated At whatever level of light body activation, many of us had huge releases this last Month to prepare for a large cycle of "dropping density" pretty quickly. For many of us it manifested in a very physical way, such as illness or unusual changes in the body. Since so many of us were passed out feverish with the Kundalini flu, I wanted to fill you in on why it was so intense during this last month's Ascension Wave. We are literally leaving carbon based biology to be able to receive these new encodements to activate our DNA to create crystalline bodies. The Guardians mention that a new level for our bodies called the "Trinitized Form" is beginning to assemble. This is the physical embodiment of the Cosmic Trinity and it is happening for the beings that are able to hold these levels of frequencies now. Personally, the intense Kundalini releases began for me on Saturday, May 12th and I have experienced a large shift and initiation to now work with the Guardian beings residing within something they have referred to as the "Trans harmonic Universes." The Trans harmonic Universe is now able to be accessed at this level of human consciousness after eons of time. This transpired as a result from the multidimensional intersection (and timeline grids collapse) that was anchored into our time zone as a part of the events in March 2007. This intersection is a trans harmonic conversion point, the place which connects to the middle time zone and the Inner Earth time zone which leads up to where the 12D Blueprints are that exist for the planetary body (see the April issue for more information). A totally isolated space was created for me to complete this initiation and integration without distraction. I always have a chuckle because with my packed, back-to-back schedule, when I find a space suddenly created for complete isolation, I know something BIG is up! Many of us were guided to be prone (flat out on our back) and pretty motion-less during the pinnacle of those Ascension Waves in mid-May to the end of May. Many of us had the Kundalini flu in varying degrees and it commonly manifests as much more aches, stiffness and pain in the body as old crusty energy is getting released to the surface. Largely this Ascension wave began to open and clear a critical mass level of 6th and 7th dimensional energy Meridians within our bodies and within the Planetary Ley lines. In observing the patterns I saw this mirrored in our bodies where our shoulder areas are. (Left and right scapula, to the front of shoulder and neck areas) These sections of our body were having more pain through sympathetic resonance with these 6D and 7D energies being surfaced and cleared.
