many appear to have become emotional through this 818 10/17 trigger .... there are appear to be alot of emotions in swing .... some are loving more than ever before and others have become more hating and angered ....

emotions such as love and hate are all based on identification with self .... i.e. one does not bother to love or hate that which they can not identify with ... when you do not identify with it then it does not touch you ... this applies to all .... as an example love and hate are then not opposing forces as seen by you in your dimension of duality but are the one and same emotion when seen laterally from above ...

I know what you mean, i.e. we resonate like by like .... but can you pls clarify this duality and non-duality as is difficult to get my head around it .... do we have duality or not ...

within your limited fields of perception the illusion is one of duality ... but it is only an illusion ...

[scanning images in my mind an image of a telegraph pole appears] .... picture yourself standing near a telegraph pole .... it is higher than you ... though you can by moving gaze view the bottom of it and then the top of it ... bottom ... top ... low ... high .... although it is the one and same pole your perception is that it has a bottom and a top ...
now move yourself to be placed if you could your gaze to directly above the pole at 90 degrees as you would term it .. looking right down from above at the core of the pole .... you can not see a bottom nor a top ... but only the core of the trunk (circle) ....
now we add one dimension of how it is seen from above ... that which is of colour (vibration) .... though there is no low or high as perceived in your reality .... there is a depth of colour .... it is the one pole with varying degrees of colour reflecting a depth or shallowness ..... this is your love and hate .... they are one and the same thing as is all in your perceived dualistic reality ... you perceive them as a beginning and an ending but really there is no such thing ... only now ...
in knowing and owning yourselves, owning all that you are, you are affirming your love of self ... acceptance of you as you are, for better or worse as you would polarize it is love of being ... so even hate, greed, war and despite, need to be accepted externally as well as internally as opposing or resisting them is only identifying with them .... this does not mean to pretend they do not exist ... as this is still polarization ...

... to know and own yourself you need to accept your feelings and emotions as they are .... simply accept accept accept ... your 1017 was just that, though many placed some level of expectation and when this did not occur they refused to accept ... 1017 operated on an internal level within the core of your being ... multitudes regardless of whether or not they knew of 1017 have and are experiencing major shifts within .... those whom who focused would and will experience an accelerated in depth form of this shift ... your reality is shifting as is your physical domain, your earth is shifting ...

we know of that which you speak ... regardless, do not judge it, do not label it ... just go with it, allow it to exist, do not resist it, let it flow ... let it be ... it must shift or else the pressure cooker will explode if you try and contain it .... go with it and allow yourself to be touched and experienced by this shift ...

this is not so ... it is by attempting to contain your feelings, not accepting them without preconceived judgment.... without expressing them that the pressure cooker explodes and one result of many is that of a violent angry nature .... your societies are more and more becoming suppressive and reflective is the increase of your so called crimes .... remove the resistance and suppression of creative expression and articulation and your crime rates and explosive wars will cease ...

only when you release your positional view, your belief structure then the ALL will freely flow unto you and through you .... there can be no other way .... allow it all to flow .... do not impress your belief of how and what it should be .... accept and own it ... do not be afraid of it ...

in light of the above questions we would suggest focusing on forgiveness and unconditional acceptance and expression of your emotions.... if you want to love ... then love ... if you want to hate then hate ... as long as there is no physical harm done unto another

we repeat again ... it is by accepting the emotion and owning it that physical harm is transmuted ... otherwise the result is in physical harm .... if you hate then say "I hate" ... such and such ... because and why .. if you despise say "I despise" .... if you love then allow it and state it ... tell the person ... tell the world ..... we have given an exercise for this in previous transmissions .... but many dare not take on this exercise ...

there are several emails stating we should focus on he ozone layer and healing it ....

we have stated already that your Earth did not come with an ozone layer ... the ozone layer was a by product of several things in the main a major asteroid impact in your past .... the ozone layer can be likened unto a veil or shutter on the iris/lens of a camera ... as the ozone layer dissipates so to does the veil that has filtered out enlightenment since the dark ages ....
it is a sign of awakening and higher vibrations ... be joyous .... as the electromagnetic vibrations increase so to does your global warming ... we have told you there are those who use this as a crux for further control and restriction .... keeping you distracted ... however do note that with out expression an allowance of these higher vibrations, the pressure cooker will generate alot of heat ... it needs to flow and be allowed ...

pollution is only the redistribution of your resources from one location to another location in concentrated form ... you dig your Earth and burn its provisions and thus the redistribution becomes concentrated .... too much oxygen will kill and is toxic as is water as is plastic as is heavy metals ... in harmony there is balance ...
